We provide fun, motivating, challenging and goal-oriented personal training services that are customised to meet the needs of each individual. Our knowledge of health, fitness, and nutrition, and our positive outlook, brings out the best in our clients.

We are a team of dedicated personal trainers, who understand the motivational and behavioural changes required for people to achieve their goals.

Megan Hinchley

After gaining a Bachelor Degree in Communication from the University of Canberra in 2002, Megan's passion for health led her to a career in public health and social marketing. Megan has been training in Canberra gyms since 2001 and began working in the fitness industry in 2006.

Megan enjoys learning and sharing her knowledge about health and fitness. You can follow her blog to keep updated on her thoughts, opinions and articles on health and fitness related issues and topics.

Megan is a competitive powerlifter, and enjoys a vast array of other activities including boxing, strength and conditioning training, yoga, swimming, cycling, and walks around the natural surrounds of Canberra.

Fitness Qualifications

Megan is a registered Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Older Adults Trainer with Fitness Australia and holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate. Her qualifications include:

  • Certificate III in Fitness – Group Fitness Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness – Personal Trainer
  • THUMP Advanced Boxing Instructor
  • Level I Powerlifting Coach

Holly McDonald

Holly McDonald

Holly is a passionate personal trainer, who is dedicated to developing the strength, fitness and confidence of her clients.

Holly grew up in Northern NSW and Darwin, but has lived in Canberra since 2003. Holly leads an active lifestyle and enjoys kettlebell training, strength and conditioning training, aerobics, pilates and yoga.

Fitness Qualifications

Holly is a registered Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor with Fitness Australia and holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate. Her qualifications include:

  • Certificate III in Fitness – Group Fitness Instructor
  • Certificate IV in Fitness – Personal Trainer
  • Master Trainer Level I, Australian Institute of Fitness

We provide services focusing on weight loss, fitness, strength and conditioning, powerlifting, older adults, and pre and post natal women. Training services include goal and needs analysis, fitness assessments, training programs, nutritional advice, and motivation strategies and support.

This package includes two sessions: 1 x 60 minute initial consultation at your home to assess goals, current fitness level, and home environment; and 1 x 60 minute personal training session to run through the excercise program.

All sales are non refundable and expire six months from the date of purchase. Any session cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged at the advertised fee.
